We will gladly accept most returns within 30 days from receipt. Returned items must arrive in new and unused condition. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during return transit.
Custom and personalized orders are non-returnable.
Most rings are custom made-to-size and may only be returned at our discretion.
We will notify you if your refund is approved after the return is received and inspected.
Approved returns will be processed immediately. The full purchase amount less shipping costs will be applied to the original method of payment. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs, including return shipping costs, are non-refundable – unless the item is being returned as a result of our error.
How to make a return
We’re sorry that your purchase didn’t work out. The first step to make a return is to contact us through our website or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the return. We will provide you with an initial approval and a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
